Patient Centred Care. Founded on Empathy, Kindness, Respect and Dignity
Our purpose is simple, patient care is truly at the heart of what we do, and as a Company we are very fortunate to have a fantastic team of diverse and talented Ambulance Care Assistants who are out on the frontline daily, offering a professional but caring service to our patients.
We have a number of locations throughout the UK, and everyone in each of those locations are incredibly busy ensuring that patients are able to access appointments, or get home after a hospital visit. Our busiest areas can move up to 500 patients per day! With that many jobs to do, we need a solid infrastructure and a strong team internally to ensure that jobs are planned, changed and new bookings taken successfully. They may not be seen on a daily basis, but they are equally as keen to deliver the very best service for our patients.
Dont take our word for it:
“I love the job because I can put my ideas forward and pass on my knowledge of logistics etc to other members of the team. Furthermore, I feel like I am giving something back, especially to the elderly”
– Mark, PTLO- Dorset
“A big highlight of my job is working with the palliative care team ensuring that patients who are at the end of their lives, dying wishes are fulfilled. I enjoy thinking on my feet, a that role requires and would recommend it to someone who has a sense of humour and likes to help people in big and small ways every day.”
– Tom, PTLO- Cornwall
