As part of our joint project with NSL Care Services, E-zec successfully mobilised non-emergency patient transport at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham on 1st May 2016. The project consisted of the transfer of all staff, vehicles, premises and patient journeys assigned to the contract.

This project has taken E-zec and NSL teams a considerable amount of time and planning to ensure that the business was seamlessly transferred, maintaining consistent service standards.

The actual transfer from NSL Care Services was completed over a two week period, meaning senior E-zec teams were hands on to successfully mobilise the service on the 1st of May.

E- zec are looking forward to working with our new road and office teams, and the healthcare professionals at ROH to drive innovation, knowledge and care to the people who rely on transport at this specialist hospital.
