After a considerable amount of work from our Senior Management Team, and with only two weeks to transfer staff, vehicles and premises, we went live in Hereford on the 1st March 2016. Patients and healthcare teams have already recognised our proactive approach in delivering a service.

E-zec have improved communications throughout the service, with an on-site management team, control plan and dispatchers, which allows a direct point of access for trust healthcare teams.

We look forward to working alongside Hereford healthcare professionals, and are beginning to discuss innovations, including on-line booking, make ready systems and proactive discharge planning, making the departments more efficient, but also improving patient care and flow.
