In recent months E-zec’s Senior Management Team identified a number of opportunities we could explore to show our employees that we appreciate the work they do. These were discussed, and we agreed three schemes which were launched in February 2020.

Our teams primary focus is our patients and delivering the very best care that we can. With that in mind, who is better at identifying a potentially suitable new employee than our existing employees? That’s why we have now launched the Recommend a Friend Scheme which rewards our employees, once the person they recommend passes their probation.

Employee of the Month Scheme

We receive regular feedback from our NHS Trust Partners and management teams about the fantastic work that our employees do both out in the field, and internally. We could not ask for a better team.

In order to show our employees that we do appreciate the excellent work that they do, we have launched an Employee of the Month scheme which gives our employees the opportunity to nominate their colleagues for outstanding work.  

Our board will look over these nominations and choose the nomination which stands out to them as delivering on at least one of our three values of Compassionate Care, Achieving Excellence and Collaborative Teamwork..

Employee Assistance Program

We recently identified that we wanted to be able to offer more support to our employees with their mental health and wellbeing. Further to the addition of Mental Health First Aiders at the end of 2020, E-zec have now launched an Employee Assistance Program which is available for all E-zec employees to use 365 days of the year, 24/7.

It’s a telephone service which enables our employees to access qualified professionals if they are struggling with mental health, have financial problems, or family problems.

We are very excited about the new schemes that we have in place, and we look forward to rewarding our employees for their hard-work.
