We know that making sure our employees feel motivated and are well trained, will undoubtedly contribute to our patient’s experience and satisfaction. Here at E-zec we are absolutely committed to our staff’s development and training needs.
We have created a full-time Edexcel approved training school which provides consistent and ongoing classroom training for all our personnel. Our new recruits all undergo comprehensive induction training as well as an introduction to the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS).
We also make sure that all new staff accompany our experienced ambulance crews on the road to learn about patient interaction first hand. Online HR systems maintain all training and coaching records, and store individual qualification certificates so we can make sure everything is kept up to date. Our yearly appraisal process include training plans so that staff are given the opportunity to continue to learn and develop throughout their time working for E-zec.
