How others view our service

David was transporting my father to Addenbrooke’s and during the journey, my father had some complications. My father needed extra help and attention and David handled the situation efficiently and professionally but most importantly with the utmost care and compassion. Thank you for taking exceptional care of my father.

I have had the best experience today with your staff Mr P.B & Mr John Drake. They took me from St Austell hospital to Derriford. They were brilliant. I was very nervous and had very high anxiety. They did their utmost to reassure me and calm me down by being so kind and chatting to me. I would like to say a big thank you.

I would like to thank your staff members John Webb and Roger Thompson who went above and beyond to help our hospital staff with a patient who lives with dementia. They helped the patient, who was very distressed, and took them home.

I would like to say that all the drivers that I had today – Alistair Nisbet, Amran Abu and Karen Day – were so helpful, kind and friendly. They are all a real asset to the company and I really value all that you do for me.

I would like to thank both workers who took me to my appointment and to the other two workers who brought me home. They were extremely helpful and very friendly and very polite and chatty. They really deserve a lot of appreciation – I can’t thank you enough for all the support and help. I went to the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital, so thank you so so much.
