E-zec Medical Transport has strengthened its position as one of the country’s leading providers of patient transport by joining the Independent Ambulance Association (IAA).
The IAA is recognised as the voice of the independent ambulance sector and acts as a trade association to bring together providers, large and small, who all abide by the organisation’s members charter.
Glen Curry, E-zec’s Head of Quality and Compliance said, “As a leading provider of patient transport, it is important for us work in partnership with other organisations across our sector which allows us all to continuously improve the standards of care for patients.
Membership of the IAA also allows us to contribute to how the sector develops relationships with policy makers which will support the quality of our services we provide to the NHS and our patients”.
Alan Howson, the IAA’s Executive Chairman commented, “We’re delighted to welcome E-zec Medical Transport as new Members of the Association. As the largest provider of patient transport services in the UK, E-zec have considerable experience and know-how in this area, which the Association and our Members will benefit from.
We look forward to E-zec joining our Board of Directors, and the contribution we know they’ll make to the Association going forward.
